Shield AI seeks a Capture Portfolio Analyst for the X-BAT FoS to strengthen analytical rigor and long-range planning across the portfolio. You will turn pipeline data into actionable insights that inform prioritization, resource decisions, revenue planning, and growth strategy.

This role owns Salesforce data quality, dashboards, and reporting, and will partner with Finance and program leads to ensure a resilient, multi-year opportunity horizon.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, capture, sales operations, program management, or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving, with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience using Salesforce to analyze opportunity data and support planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for concise analyses and dashboards.
• Ability to manage data quality and coordinate updates across stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of the X-BAT FoS opportunity pipeline across near-term to long-range pursuits.
• Analyze opportunities by timing, value, probability, and strategic impact.
• Identify priority opportunities and advise on portfolio trade-space decisions.
• Track changes in forecast components and flag gaps or risks in the pipeline.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to show portfolio health and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance to link Salesforce data to revenue plans and funding expectations.
• Support recurring pipeline reviews with time-phased analyses and actions.
