Astrion is seeking a Director of Capture Management to lead strategic capture efforts in Layered Defense, Autonomous Warfare & Integrated Fires. You will engage senior government customers, shape opportunities, and drive differentiated, solution-led captures across multiple domains.

The role demands senior leadership, broad defense domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with technical SMEs, pricing, contracts, and executive stakeholders to win complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years in capture management or related fields.
• Proven record of winning complex federal captures.
• Experience in layered defense, autonomous warfare, integrated fires.
• Strong familiarity with DoD/IC customers and acquisition rhythms.
• Ability to shape opportunities using market intelligence and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capture efforts across Layered Defense, Autonomous Warfare & Integrated Fires.
• Identify and shape new opportunities aligned to Astrion growth priorities.
• Build customer engagement plans and define win themes.
• Translate needs into discriminators, pricing, and pursuit priorities.
• Develop teaming strategies and capture plans with stakeholders.
• Track capture KPIs and gate-readiness.
• Represent Astrion in customer meetings and engagements.
