This position will lead business development efforts while bridging US operational requirements with Shield AI's roadmap. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in the defense or aerospace sectors and excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will engage with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical capabilities with customer needs and proposal efforts.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering within defense or aerospace industries.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Experience interfacing with government or military acquisition stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead X‑BAT technical capture efforts for US Domestic opportunities.
• Develop and execute technical strategies for proposals.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Support BD and account executives as Subject Matter Expert.
