Shield AI is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Sr. Lead for the X-BAT FoS to strengthen strategy, capture materials, and cross-functional execution. You will translate leadership direction and customer requirements into compelling narratives and plans.

The role demands consulting-grade rigor, exceptional written communication, and strong PowerPoint skills to drive complex proposals across domestic and international pursuits. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's with 8+ years in defense/analytical environments.
• Experience supporting complex defense or government pursuits.
• Ability to develop and write detailed RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.

Aufgaben

• Develop capture strategies for priority domestic and international pursuits.
• Translate requirements into differentiated capture approaches and messaging.
• Lead creation of strategy presentations and capture artifacts.
• Prepare editors for RFIs, RFPs, and related materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce persuasive narratives.
• Ensure alignment with approved messaging and capture direction.
• Support kickoff, reviews, and color-team activities.
