Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Applications Portfolio Management to lead service delivery for critical enterprise applications. You will oversee application support, AMS, and vendor partnerships, driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders, plan resilience, and ensure governance and reporting on operational metrics and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of IT experience including application support and service delivery.
• Experience leading Application Management Services (AMS) teams and working with managed providers in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL disciplines and service metrics (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Request).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for application support and RUN services within an assigned application tower.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and operational sustainability of supported applications.
• Accountable for SLAs, operational metrics, and KPIs; manage service delivery.
• Coordinate incident resolution and root cause analysis across tower applications.
• Establish dashboards to measure service effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
