Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Science to define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of data science products. You will own roadmap direction, investments, and delivery accountability, leading Product Managers with peers in Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture.

You will drive production-ready models, establish governance, and align portfolio outcomes with enterprise objectives, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management; 3+ years in data science products.
• Experience with agile development strongly preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year roadmap for data science products.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams with governance.
• Manage dependencies with data engineering, architecture, and operations.
• Ensure production-ready models with validation and interpretability.
• Communicate strategy, risks and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
