Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director, Product Management for the Enterprise Data Platform to define platform capabilities, governance, and a multi-year roadmap for data services powering OmniAnalyst and OmniInsights. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and drive cross-functional delivery with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management/data platform/architecture roles with 5+ years in technical PM for data platforms.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience as a practitioner or product owner.
• Strong data architecture knowledge: warehousing, data mesh, medallion architecture, semantic modeling.
• Experience leading intake and prioritization for shared enterprise platforms.
• Experience with analytics, data science, and AI-enabled use cases preferred.
• Experience with semantic layers, metadata management, entity resolution, and governed data-sharing preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data foundation capabilities including governed data sharing and access controls.
• Define multi-year roadmap for the Snowflake-based platform and related data products.
• Own intake, prioritization, backlog management, and governance discussions for platform initiatives.
• Deliver platform enhancements by partnering with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Governance teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; validate with data solutions.
