Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is actively seeking a Director to lead Applications Portfolio Management. You will drive RUN services, ensure uptime, and oversee incident management and service delivery across an enterprise tower.

In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate with business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to improve stability, performance, and automation while guiding vendor relationships and strategic portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• Seven (7+) years of progressively responsible IT experience with application support or service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/Business Admin or related field required; ITIL/SAFe/DevOps/SRE certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for application support and RUN services within an assigned tower.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, and operational sustainability of supported apps.
• Coordinate incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management across towers.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and security stakeholders on governance and delivery.
