Sedgwick is seeking a Senior IT Software Development Advisor to lead a team in design, development, and maintenance of software, ensuring adherence to SDLC guidelines. You will define project scope, coordinate with business sponsors, and guide analysts and programmers to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires a strong background in software development, project leadership, and stakeholder communication, with emphasis on quality and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
• Nine (9) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of program development experience.
• Working knowledge of claims management applications is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, maintenance, testing and debugging of software following SDLC guidelines.
• Define project scope and objectives; ensure alignment with business sponsors.
• Direct and mentor analysts/programmers; monitor workload and provide training as needed.
• Prepare status reports and ensure on-time project completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
