BarkleyOKRP in New York, NY seeks a Director of Analytics to set vision for measurement across key accounts, lead client relationships, and scale data-driven solutions that improve media effectiveness and business performance.

You will work cross-functionally with clients, strategists, planners, and data partners to design measurement frameworks, lead analytics projects, and elevate the role of data within our organization.

Formación

• University degree and 7+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management across multiple accounts.
• Strong knowledge of media metrics and attribution modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deepen understanding of client strategic issues to shape measurement frameworks and reporting roadmaps.
• Ensure analytics yield clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• Create and present analyses of analytic and data solutions to clients.
• Oversee dashboards, campaign performance reports, and advanced measurement (brand health, incrementality, A/B testing).
• Translate data into insights and narratives; drive continuous process improvement.
• Lead timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc deliverables; identify optimization opportunities.
• Present reports and POVs to clients via phone and in person.
• Mentor analysts and managers; provide technical guidance and career development.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and marketing science to refine data infra and analytics workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Partner with Planning and Investment on budgets and plan optimization.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
