Job summary

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Director, Analytics to set the vision for measurement across key accounts, lead client relationships, and scale data-driven solutions that improve media effectiveness and business performance. This role blends hands-on analytics with leadership, partnering with strategists, planners, and data partners to design frameworks and drive insights.

Qualifications

• University degree with 7+ years data/analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Proven leadership in managing client relationships and analytics workstreams across multiple accounts.
• Strong knowledge of media metrics, campaign performance evaluation, and experience in attribution modeling and MMM interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a deep understanding of the client's strategic issues to design measurement frameworks and reporting roadmaps.
• Ensure analytics efforts lead to clear, actionable insights and narratives through sophisticated analytics techniques.
• Create and support executive-level presentations and analyses of analytic and data solutions for client needs.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, campaign performance reports, and advanced measurement like brand health and incrementality.
• Translate data and results into actionable insights with compelling narratives.
• Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc deliverables and continually improve processes.
• Present reports and POVs to clients on calls and in person.
• Manage a team of analysts and managers with mentorship and career development.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and marketing science partners to refine data infrastructure.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across deliverables.
• Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budgets and media plan optimization.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and analytics best practices.
