Job summary

Unlock Health is seeking a Director, Analytics to lead analytics across a portfolio of healthcare marketing clients. You will own recurring and ad hoc analysis, develop measurement frameworks, and translate insights into actionable client guidance.

You will design multi‑touch attribution, incrementality tests, experiments, and advanced measurement strategies, partnering with cross‑functional teams. A mix of in‑person and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or measurement within fast-paced agency or multi-client environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing advanced measurement solutions (e.g., MVM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality tests, experiments).
• Ability to communicate complex measurement concepts to varied audiences and translate data into actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics lead across a portfolio of clients, owning recurring/ad hoc analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
• Combine data from multiple sources to answer business questions and support marketing decision‑making.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking marketing activity to growth and revenue outcomes, defining data and tagging requirements.
• Design and implement multi-touch attribution, incrementality tests, experiments, and other advanced measurement solutions.
