Job summary

MissionOne Media, a BarkleyOKRP brand in New York and other locations with remote options, seeks a Vice President, Analytics to shape and scale its analytics practice. You will drive data‑informed decision making, lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts, and partner with media strategy, activation, and ad ops to integrate analytics across campaigns.

The role requires over 10 years in marketing analytics, strong leadership, and expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Adverity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising analytics, with leadership roles.
• Proven ability to drive client outcomes from analytics and manage client relationships.
• Expertise with analytics reporting and data platforms such as Tableau, SQL, Adverity.
• Strong understanding of data and ad tech ecosystem across Meta, Google, DSPs.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Excellent project management and ability to lead multiple streams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate analytics into clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑channel measurement strategies and attribution modeling.
• Lead media measurement vendor evaluation, contracting & budget management.
• Guide cross‑channel response analytics and media plan optimization.
• Ensure data infrastructure and reporting meet client requirements.
• Support new business development and client advisory initiatives.
• Grow and mentor the analytics team and foster a culture of learning.
