Job summary

WD is seeking a seasoned Analyst Relations leader to scale its engagements with IDC, Gartner, Forrester and other top firms. You will run the AR program, align with product, engineering and the C-suite, and translate complex technology into clear narratives.

This role requires 10+ years in AR, deep analyst ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to build durable relationships. You will manage budgets, measure impact, and extend reach to paid influencers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Analyst Relations at a global enterprise tech company.
• Deep familiarity with the enterprise analyst ecosystem.
• Experience steering major evaluations (Magic Quadrant or Wave).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Executive-level communication and presence.
• Experience collaborating with PR, Investor Relations, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to build and maintain analyst relationships.
• Willingness to take risks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Humor and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience at a leading brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full analyst relations calendar with major firms (Gartner, IDC, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end participation in major analyst evaluations and manage submission timelines.
• Develop and maintain an analyst coverage map aligned with business priorities.
• Prepare executives for analyst interactions with briefing materials and Q&A.
• Synthesize analyst research into actionable intelligence for internal stakeholders.
• Establish and manage an AR measurement framework with KPIs.
