Job summary

C3 AI in Redwood City, CA, seeks a Director of Analyst Relations to own and scale the AR function onsite at our Redwood City headquarters. You will define AR strategy, target analysts, and drive participation in Gartner, Forrester, and IDC evaluations, translating insights into competitive intelligence for product and GTM teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with deep AI knowledge, executive presence, and a track record of leading AR in enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytical enterprise or B2B environments.
• 3+ years leading Analyst Relations for enterprise software.
• Proven track record in Gartner/Forrester/IDC evaluations.
• Deep knowledge of analytics, AI/ML, deep learning, and data science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and executive presence.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and problem solving.
• Curiosity and self-learning commitment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead, and scale the Analyst Relations function and AR strategy.
• Develop goals and measurable objectives to advance thought leadership.
• Build the annual AR plan, engagement calendar, and budget.
• Identify target analysts and firms and build a coverage map.
• Define engagement plans and lead analyst engagements across briefings and inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with analysts covering enterprise AI and data platforms.
• Lead participation in Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape.
• Prepare tailored narratives and briefings with Product teams.
• Coordinate with PR and Product Marketing to amplify analyst positions.
• Synthesize analyst feedback into intelligence for Product/Marketing/Sales.
