Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Director of AI Security to own the enterprise AI Security Standard and the security program for generative, agentic, and third‑party AI capabilities. You will design, implement, and govern controls ensuring AI usage aligns with evolving regulatory expectations.

Reporting to the Head of Cyber Data Protection and AI Security, you will partner with the Enterprise AI team to ensure an enforceable security layer across model risk, data protection, identity, and

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in cybersecurity with ownership of security standards.
• 3–5 years focused on AI security in an enterprise setting.
• Experience authoring or operationalizing AI security standards across the enterprise.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle risks and regulatory alignment.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security standard ownership and cross‑functional alignment with Enterprise AI team.
• Define security review criteria for AI/Model List and risk tiering for AI types.
• Co‑develop appropriate use policy security requirements with AI team.
• Map AI security requirements to regulatory frameworks and translate into internal controls.
• Establish governance cadence to synchronize AI Standard and AI Security Standard.
