Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking a Director of AI Security to own the AI Security Standard and the security program across models, data, and lifecycle. You will work with the Enterprise AI team and cross‑functional partners to ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment while maintaining a hands‑on security posture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• 3–5 years focused on data protection, cloud security, or emerging technology risk.
• Direct experience authoring or operationalizing AI security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead security governance for enterprise AI security standards.
• Perform risk assessments for AI/ML pipelines and deployments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance and Data Governance teams.
• Drive vendor risk assessments and build‑vs‑buy decisions for AI capabilities.
