Job summary

Corebridge Financial, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a Director of AI Security to own the AI Security Standard and its governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record authoring or operationalizing AI security standards in enterprise.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle risks and emerging agentic AI risks.
• Experience with Microsoft security/identity stack and vulnerability management in AI contexts.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Security Standard and ensure alignment with Enterprise AI strategy.
• Lead risk assessments for AI/ML pipelines and agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Data Governance teams on regulatory obligations.
• Build and lead a team of AI security engineers/analysts as the program scales.
• Report posture and incident trends to Head of Cyber Data Protection and AI Security.
• Lead incident response planning and tabletop exercises for AI security scenarios.
