Job summary

PwC’s AI Governance team within Digital Assurance & Technology is seeking a Director to lead enterprise governance initiatives, strengthen risk and control programs, and advise senior stakeholders while building trusted client relationships.

You will mentor teams, drive business development, and shape the next generation of AI governance talent, operating at the forefront of responsible AI practices with a focus on quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in AI governance, risk, and controls.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading large-scale engagements.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycles and governance frameworks.
