Carrier Global Corporation in the United States seeks a Director, Integrated Workforce Solutions to bridge HR, Digital Technology, Product Management and AI. You will architect and scale workforce capabilities, lead product strategy, and align investments across Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhanced employee experiences.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will build a cross-functional roadmap, champion AI-enabled workflows, and drive ROI

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
• Platform Mastery: Workday, ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem with strong integration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Workforce Tech Strategy & Architecture: Design and scale end-to-end enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms.
• AI & Automation Innovation: Lead evaluation, piloting, and implementation of agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to modernize experiences.
• Product Portfolio Management: Define workforce product visions, roadmaps, and value-realization metrics focused on business outcomes.
• Value Realization & Business Cases: Develop robust business cases and track ROI metrics to ensure platform adoption.
• Cross-Functional Executive Leadership: Advise HR, IT, and executives, translating tech strategies into business language.
