You will lead workforce product strategy, design end-to-end AI solutions, and align investments across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft to drive measurable business outcomes and elevate employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR or Business.
• 10+ years in HR/workforce tech, enterprise apps or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership managing teams and large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise workforce architecture across core platforms.
• Lead AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve experiences.
• Define workforce product visions and multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and track ROI for tech investments.
• Partner with HR, IT and executives to align tech with business goals.
