Carrum Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Provider Operations to scale and lead a high-performing team. You will automate manual workflows, deploy AI tools, and own provider billing operations in collaboration with Finance and Provider Accounts.

You will align with Clinical Care, Product, and Client Success to meet aggressive network growth and quality standards. You will build a scalable ops infrastructure, define operating standards, and mentor staff to improve efficiency and member

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in provider operations, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or health tech operations.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• AI & automation fluency using platforms and data tools to automate tasks and build workflows.
• Familiarity with Claude Code is a major plus.
• Proven operations architect with experience designing automated, scalable systems.
• Healthcare & financial operations expertise: provider billing, invoicing, CPT/DRG coding, revenue cycle mechanics.
• Strategic & OKR-driven with experience co-owning department OKRs and metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product, Account Management, Clinical teams.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset for data-driven improvements.
• HIPAA compliance expertise and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale a dedicated Provider Operations team with coaching culture.
• Own and deliver department OKRs and key metrics.
• Drive AI-powered automation and workflow optimization across operations.
• Oversee provider billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations with Finance.
• Streamline provider implementation and reduce time-to-launch.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across multiple teams.
• Elevate operational metrics and partner/member experiences.
