Blueberry is seeking a Director of Operations in the United States to lead critical functions across urgent care and expansion lines. You’ll drive AI-powered workflows, forecast demand, and oversee licensing, credentialing, and supply chain to deliver high-quality care at scale.

You will partner with clinical, growth, product, and leadership teams, owning KPIs and delivering measurable ROI while guiding a growing team in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on eliminating inefficiency.
• Passion for automation, tooling, and AI.
• Track record of exceeding financial and operational goals.
• Strong quantitative instincts with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI leverage and process improvements across Operations.
• Own capacity planning and forecasting for all business lines.
• Develop automated reporting for licensing and credentialing workflows.
• Improve medical kit supply chain and inventory management.
