Included Health seeks a Director of Staffing Transformation & Operations to scale Member Care staffing across channels, roles, and outsourcing partners. You will drive AI-enabled workforce planning, optimize capacity, and align with product, engineering, and finance to improve service, quality, and margins.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with legal and procurement, and champion a data-driven, enrollment-driven operating model in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of staffing strategy, operating model design and/or transformation experience.
• Consulting background in strategy, operations, or transformation is preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation in high-volume environments.
• Healthcare, health benefits, or regulated services experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-year staffing strategy across Member Care channels, roles, and staffing types.
• Oversee vendor and BPO management, contract terms, and cost control.
• Define AI-enabled staffing roadmap and automation opportunities.
• Measure and improve operational performance, analytics, and tooling.
• Lead and develop a high-performing staffing and vendor management team.
