This hybrid role requires 10+ years in MarTech/AI product management, strong leadership, and a track record of turning AI into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MarTech / marketing technology product management or AI enablement.
• Proven track record putting AI or automation into production.
• Deep knowledge of modern MarTech stack and platform adoption.
• Practical fluency with GenAI, agentic workflows, and AI-driven decisioning.
• Experience in agile / SAFe environments and PI planning.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product vision and roadmap for marketing AI and MarTech enablement.
• Lead design, build, and deployment of AI products to production.
• Oversee AI tooling, prompt engineering, and orchestration in MarTech stack.
• Embed responsible AI practices and data protection standards.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams across matrixed orgs.
