Job summary

eMoney Advisor in New York seeks a VP of Product Management to lead the strategy for platform capabilities, including data aggregation, APIs, and AI-enabled connectivity. This role shapes how the platform exposes data to AI agents while protecting intellectual property.

The position defines roadmaps for Platform, Data, APIs and AI capabilities, builds and mentors a high-performing Product team, and partners with CTO, Engineering and Compliance to govern AI connectivity and enterprise governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Product Management experience in enterprise fintech.
• Proven experience leading product organizations at the VP level or equivalent.
• Deep experience with platform products, APIs, data products, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience defining product strategy for complex technology platforms used by large enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, data platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with CTO, Engineering and Architecture leaders.
• Experience translating complex technology capabilities into clear customer and business value.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, AI platforms and emerging agentic architectures.
• Experience defining products or platforms that incorporate AI, intelligent workflows or AI agents.
• Understanding of AI tool/function calling, agent orchestration, APIs and emerging AI connectivity standards such as MCP.
• Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into practical product strategies.
• Understanding of the data, security, governance and intellectual-property implications of exposing enterprise capabilities to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Bring deep product leadership experience across enterprise platforms, APIs, data products and integrations, combined with a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and agentic architectures.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for eMoney's Platform, Data, APIs and AI capabilities.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers and product leaders.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen eMoney's platform differentiation and competitive position.
• Establish clear product metrics and accountability for business, customer and platform outcomes.
• This role will work with Technology Leadership to determine how these requirements are technically implemented, while maintaining Product accountability for what capabilities should be exposed and under what conditions.
