Red Ventures is seeking a Director of AI Product Management based in New York City or Charlotte, with a hybrid schedule. You will own AI-native products and agentic workflows for a major client, translating business strategy into roadmaps while partnering with stakeholders across product, technology, and data.

You will lead a team of product managers, drive strategic initiatives, and influence senior leaders to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decisions and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of AI/ML products.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders and decisions.
• Hands-on with production-grade AI systems (SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Identify & drive initiatives: Build the client roadmap and lead AI product initiatives with ROI considerations.
• Translate vision into action: Define sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans with cross-functional leads.
• Own outcomes: Manage P&L and business impact, communicating ROI and risks to leadership and clients.
• Advance the Operating System: Build agentic workflows and reusable capabilities across workstreams.
• Develop talent: Lead and develop a team of product managers with clear expectations and feedback.
