Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, Platform Product Management to lead the strategy and roadmaps for an AI-native platform across multiple domains. You will own capabilities, drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, and guide trade-offs, focusing on scalability, security, and regulatory standards.

You will influence platform adoption, coach teams in technical product-management practices, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in product management for technical products or platforms, including owning a B2B or enterprise platform product end to end.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum of a GED is required; Minimum of twelve years of equivalent professional experience is required.
• Proven experience shaping platform strategy across complex products with adoption, reuse, delivery speed, cost, or customer outcomes; regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the multi-year platform strategy and integrated roadmaps for an AI-native platform across multiple domains.
• Own the capability inventory and assess reusable platform assets with engineering collaboration.
• Lead cross-domain recommendations for build, buy, partner, or harvest options.
• Advise engineering on cross-platform architecture, debt, and standards for scalability and security.
• Resolve major roadmap, dependency, reuse, and investment trade-offs using customer needs and platform value.
• Set adoption measures and drive internal evangelism and developer experience.
