Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, product management or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years' experience in AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies in financial services.
• Familiarity with AI product lifecycle and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for AI products.
• Lead product discovery, validation and iterative improvement for AI platform capabilities.
• Define success metrics for AI platform performance, adoption, and governance.
• Collaborate with EJ Labs, Engineering, Data and business teams to shape AI direction.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Own the lifecycle of AI platform builder capabilities including versioning and monitoring.
