Qualifications
- 10+ years IT leadership experience across various platforms.
- 5+ years leveraging AI technologies and automation in a high-performance Agile environment.
- 5+ years cloud-native experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- 4+ years hands-on development across multiple technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for Pharmacy Segment and PCW lines of business.
- Lead engineering teams across legacy and modern cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Drive modernization and AI integration initiatives (API modernization, platform migration).
- Define OKRs, KPIs and ROI; monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
