Job summary

CVS Health's Health100 platform seeks a Lead Director of Software Engineering to own the strategic vision, architecture, and execution of a cross-platform roadmap that spans distributed systems and AI-driven experiences.

You'll partner with business and product leaders to deliver consumer-centric health solutions, mentor engineering leaders, and scale multi-team programs across backend, mobile, and AI-enabled features in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading managers and senior engineers.
• Delivery of large-scale, multi-team programs spanning backend platforms, mobile apps, and AI features.
• Strong depth in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-team roadmaps spanning cross-platform apps, APIs, and AI agents.
• Set architectural direction on multi-agent orchestration and ML infrastructure decisions.
• Lead engineering managers and senior engineers, and manage recruitment and performance.
