Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/data engineering and AI/ML experience.
• 7+ years leading large-scale platform engineering organizations.
• 7+ years building secure cloud-native platforms in regulated environments.
• 5+ years developing enterprise data engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• Oversee reusable data products and data engineering capabilities.
• Establish platform reliability, security, governance, and compliance.
• Guide technology strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
