Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to own AI Platform Enablement & Automation within Integration Engineering, driving end-to-end delivery across Pharmacy segments. You will lead teams across legacy and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), orchestrate AI/LLM use in AIOps, and shape roadmaps, budgets, and vendor partnerships.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration to elevate platform reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT leadership experience with cross-platform scope.
10+ years translating complex testing/automation strategies into measurable outcomes.
5+ years leveraging AI technologies and development, testing, and automation in Agile.
5+ years in cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
4+ years hands-on development across multi-technology stacks.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI/Automation solutions across business lines.
Lead engineering teams across legacy middleware and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Drive modernization and automation via AI integration and platform migration.
Collaborate with product/leadership to identify risks, metrics, and customer impact.
Oversee budgeting, roadmaps, and vendor partnerships; optimize costs and reduce debt.
Lead testing and automation strategies for IT and business operations using AI platforms.
Own QA processes across AI model validation and automation for timely releases.
Plan projects, set standards, and map skills and career development.
Define OKRs, ROI, and KPIs; report metrics and drive improvements.
Facilitate communication between tech and non-tech stakeholders.
