Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a strategic leader to drive the Agentic AI PDLC transformation across the Hybrid Cloud portfolio. You will partner with executives to modernize processes, architectures and governance, enabling faster, higher-quality product development.

The role requires 15+ years in strategy or transformation, strong PDLC knowledge, and the ability to influence across senior leadership. This is a hybrid role with office collaboration two days per week.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or technology/ business transformations.
• Experience with tech transformations; B2B technology preferred, especially software, AI, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience leading or supporting PDLC/ product development related programs within a technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year Agentic AI PDLC transformation across architecture, tooling, processes, operating model, talent, and governance.
• Drive change management, executive alignment, communications and adoption programs to embed AI-native PDLC practices.
• Partner with technical leaders to assess starting points across product groups, teams and personas.
• Design future state operating model for Agentic AI led PDLC.
• Drive implementation and realization of productivity, time-to-market, and quality improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Define and maintain transformation roadmap, milestones and KPI reporting.
• Establish and run weekly governance processes.
