Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Pricing Strategy Director, AI Ecosystem Partners, to lead pricing and packaging for partner products and drive commercial success across the AI ecosystem. The role requires strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional leadership to align monetization with corporate growth and market needs.

You will own end-to-end pricing operations, metrics, and governance, collaborating with Product, Finance, and Sales Operations to scale a sustainable marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy and AI Ecosystem Commercial Operations.
• Experience in high-growth B2B tech, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI software with multi-product portfolios or partner integration models.
• Proven ability in AI product monetization, pricing framework design, and consumption-based models.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute pricing and packaging strategies for AI partner products, aligning with Cloudera's growth goals.
• Negotiate pricing terms with strategic AI partners to ensure mutually beneficial economics and long-term agreements.
• Conduct competitive analysis to optimize end-customer pricing, discounting, and partner margins.
