Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Application Product Management to lead the strategic vision across entitlement & consumption management, licensing & provisioning, and customer support & success. You will define a holistic product roadmap for Salesforce, custom apps, and the broader licensing ecosystem, impacting Product and Global Customer Service.

You will drive AI-enabled solutions and scalable operations across internal and external user journeys.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT Application Product Management with licensing, NPI and post-sales processes.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing teams of Product Managers.
• Strong first-principles thinking and ability to deliver transformative outcomes.
• Expertise in Licensing, Entitlements and Consumption models.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and embedding AI in enterprise workflows.
• Proficiency in data architecture, analytics, and measurement frameworks.
• Understanding of enterprise software security, compliance, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across CX, NPI, Licensing, and Provisioning.
• Lead a high-performing team of Application Product Managers; mentor and develop talent.
• Advise executives and shape strategy for customer experience and post-sales operations.
• Drive NPIs into post-sales with cross-functional collaboration to accelerate time-to-market.
• Champion AI adoption across CX portfolio and AI-enabled in-product experiences.
• Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and security in solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple portfolios with governance.
• Establish data-driven KPIs and measure success using analytics and feedback.
• Transform complex business processes with modern technologies to improve efficiency.
