Qualifications

• Hands-on prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI or no-code/low-code tools.
• Deep SDLC and Agile/Scrum experience with backlog grooming and user stories.
• Experience conducting Voice of Customer interviews in complex B2B settings.
• Proficiency turning prompts into functional prototypes for engineering validation.
• Strong understanding of LLM mechanics and enterprise process constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize an AI-powered enterprise roadmap across multiple business domains.
• Partner with leaders to identify bottlenecks and apply AI-driven workflows.
• Build and iterate prototypes using AI-native tools for validation before engineering handoff.
• Define error budgets, guardrails, and compliance standards for AI outputs.
• Create and manage definitive data sets to measure model performance in real-world scenarios.
