Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a senior product manager for Enterprise AI, leading an AI-powered roadmap across Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, and Customer Success.

You will partner with business leaders to automate critical enterprise journeys using AI workflows, prototype AI interactions with enterprise APIs, and establish governance for trusted AI outputs while ensuring data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for enterprise apps or data/BI architecture with a Bachelor's.
• Experience across core enterprise domains: sales, licensing, finance, support, customer success and BI.
• Hands-on with GenAI tools to prototype AI workflows in constrained environments.
• Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and enterprise AI constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize an enterprise AI roadmap across Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, Customer Success, or BI.
• Partner with business leaders to automate critical journeys using AI workflows.
• Build and iterate prototyped AI interactions with enterprise APIs before handing off to Engineering.
• Define error budgets, guardrails, and governance for AI outputs and data privacy.
• Create and version-control Golden Sets to evaluate AI model performance.
