Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management, Salesforce, to set strategy, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes across Salesforce clouds.

You will lead governance, APIs, and intelligent workflows while partnering with architects, admins, developers, and cross-functional teams. You will own the vision, roadmap, backlog priorities, and evaluation of AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity, case handling, and user experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for complex products.
• 5+ years leading Product Owners across Salesforce platforms.
• Ability to define OKRs and manage to outcomes such as adoption, value realization, reliability, quality, risk, and compliance.
• Fluency in Salesforce strategy across governance and lifecycle planning.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and intelligent workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership across multiple domains.
• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and partnerships with architects, admins, developers, and integration teams.
• FINRA Series 99 and/or Series 7 license or plan to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes and OKRs by defining measurable outcomes and baselines.
• Set product vision and strategy with a clear roadmap and communicate intent to stakeholders.
• Lead multi-team discovery using research, analytics, and stakeholder input to validate problems and define value hypotheses.
• Prioritize enterprise demand using value, risk, effort, dependencies, and compliance.
• Translate strategy into outcomes, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, platform architecture, security, risk, compliance, governance, and operations teams to scale capabilities.
• Define instrumentation and reporting for adoption, reliability, and time-to-value.
• Mentor Associate Product Owners and Product Owners to raise product maturity.
• Establish product rituals and artifacts like roadmaps, quarterly inputs, logs, and release communications.
• Define ownership and governance across teams to support fast, compliant decisions.
