Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Director of Business Development & Partnerships in Dallas, TX to build and scale the company’s partner ecosystem across hardware, data center, and AI infrastructure. The role requires leadership to centralize the partnership function, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and align cross-functional teams to growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, vendor management, or commercial strategy within technology infrastructure or HPC environments.
• Demonstrated success building, managing, and scaling strategic vendor or partner ecosystems.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with enterprise technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, rebate models, service-level agreements, capacity planning, and vendor performance management.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with hardware OEMs, GPU suppliers, data center providers, networking vendors, ISVs, and channel partners.
• Lead and own the HPC and AI infrastructure partnership roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and drive go-to-market initiatives with partners.
• Coordinate partner enablement programs, certifications, and training to support internal teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting on partner health, risks, and strategic priorities.
