Job summary

Comcast is establishing a Digital Infrastructure group to support AI computing and GPU cloud services across its facilities. The Director, Business Operations will plan, coordinate and execute AI infrastructure deployments, reporting to the SVP, and collaborating with engineering, facilities, IT, technology and external partners to ensure timely data-center capacity delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple orgs and partners.
• Strong schedule, risk, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with budgets and financial performance.
• Experience in data centers, AI, cloud infra preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and coordination of data-center infrastructure deployments, coordinating with engineering, facilities, IT platform, technology and external partners.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and accountability.
• Coordinate site readiness activities, including power, cooling, network, equipment procurement and modifications.
• Track progress, identify risks, facilitate resolution and escalate significant issues to leadership.
• Coordinate deployment activities with business and customer requirements for alignment and commitments.
• Oversee project budgets, capital expenditures and financial commitments with Finance and tech teams.
