Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, infrastructure deployment or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple organizations and external partners.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to influence across teams without direct reporting lines and to present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and coordination of data-center infrastructure deployments with engineering, facilities, IT and external partners.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones and accountability across multiple deployment workstreams.
• Coordinate site readiness activities including power, cooling, network and equipment readiness.
• Track progress, manage risks, escalate issues to senior leadership and ensure alignment with commercial commitments.
• Oversee budgets, capital expenditures and financial commitments, and monitor cost changes.
• Develop business cases, site evaluations and capital requirements for current and future locations.
• Establish governance, reporting, and executive risk/decision tracking.
