Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions is seeking a Director, Business Operations to plan and execute AI infrastructure deployments across Comcast facilities. You will lead cross-functional programs, coordinate with engineering, facilities, IT and external partners, and manage budgets and timelines to ensure timely data-center capacity.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong program management and financial acumen, with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, business operations or infrastructure deployment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with external partners.
• Strong budgeting, risk management and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and coordination of data-center deployments with internal teams and partners.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate site readiness, power, cooling, network and equipment needs.
• Track progress, escalate risks and issues to senior leadership.
• Align deployment activities with business and customer requirements.
• Oversee budgets, capex, financial commitments and investment plans.
• Develop business cases, timelines and capital requirements for locations.
• Establish governance, reporting and executive updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet dependencies.
• Partner with operations to ensure readiness and transition to ongoing operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and establish repeatable practices.
