EY-Parthenon is advancing neuro-symbolic AI products within EY Growth Platform, uniting strategy, technology, and enterprise data capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions with strong governance and explainability.

The role demands strategic vision, executive communication, and the ability to drive product roadmaps, adoption metrics, and commercial outcomes across enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across full lifecycle: framing, requirements, architecture, build, deployment and scale.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, adoption metrics, and commercial outcomes; shape pricing and go-to-market pathways for AI platforms.
• Architect enterprise-ready platforms with ontologies, semantic layers, inference engines, ML integration, APIs and data pipelines; ensure scalability and governance.
• Direct cross-functional teams across product, engineering, knowledge engineering, data science/ML, and industry specialists; establish OKRs and governance.
