Redesign Health, Inc. is hiring a research-driven, product-minded Staff Product Designer to discover, design, and build agentic products that power founders, concepts, talent, investors, and partners.

This is a senior IC role for someone who can sit with a user to understand work, translate that into elegant product, and then build it themselves. You will own the full arc—from user research to shipping a working front end with AI-native tools, to the product judgment that decides what’s worth

Qualifications

• You have spent 10+ years designing and shipping software products, with a substantial portion of that time owning user research.
• You have a strong design practice across interaction, information architecture, and product thinking, with visual design as a notable strength.
• You have reinvented your workflow around AI and can build front ends yourself using tools like Claude and modern prototyping environments.
• You bring product management instincts: set strategy, prioritize, define metrics, and decide what to build.
• You are drawn to the messy human systems where data, relationships, and expertise combine to predict the future; bonus for investment or portfolio exposure.

Responsibilities

• Go deep on the user: embed with teams to understand workflows and synthesize insights.
• Design products people love: information architecture, interaction design, and high-craft visual design.
• Build, don’t just spec: use AI tools to build real front ends and own the frontend.
• Own the product: define strategy, prioritize, measure outcomes.
• Raise the bar across the firm: teach patterns and help portfolios build differently.
