Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior UX/Experience Architect to lead AI-enabled workflow design for Healthcare platforms. You will define future-state workflows, AI behavior models, and human-in-the-loop experiences across Medical Affairs, Architecture, Engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities include facilitating design-thinking workshops, surfacing pain points, and translating insights into actionable product requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive experience; OR a Master's degree with 7+ years in CX/UX, service design, product management, digital transformation, or workflow/process engineering
  • Recognized subject-matter expert in experience architecture, service design, and AI-first workflow design, with a portfolio of enterprise-scale transformations
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and optimizing business workflows at enterprise scale
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across interaction design, wireframing/prototyping, usability research and testing, workshop facilitation, metrics, process mapping, and workflow reimagination
  • Proven ability to set standards and interface design patterns that other practitioners adopt
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset and willingness to challenge traditional CX paradigms
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Figma AI, Miro AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence across all organizational levels, including senior leaders
  • Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable design and workflow decisions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly
  • Experience with agile/sprint methodologies
  • Self-directed with strong collaborative skills
  • Experience with AI-augmented CX and agent-based workflow design
  • Experience designing in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated enterprise environments
  • Working knowledge of Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards and healthcare data privacy considerations such as HIPAA/PHI-adjacent handling
  • Understanding of UX needs across HCPs, internal Medical Affairs colleagues, and patients in regulated healthcare contexts
  • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Must have permanent work authorization in the United States
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future

  • Own experience architecture end-to-end for Medical Affairs’ AI-powered platforms and digital products
  • Define future-state workflows and AI-first operating models at enterprise scale
  • Lead by influence across Medical Affairs, product, and engineering
  • Arbitrate competing design decisions and build stakeholder trust and adoption
