Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a senior Product Leader to own the strategy and roadmap for a data-sensitive business unit. You will direct AI-accelerated discovery, validate insights, draft PRDs and user stories with AI, and align leadership and cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and go-to-market.

You will test ideas with stakeholders, design experiments, build interactive mocks, and ensure accuracy, bias and privacy in AI outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning products end to end, including strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Deep technical acumen and ability to partner with Engineering on system constraints and tradeoffs.
• Ability to write detailed stories, prioritize under pressure, and unblock cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience driving initiatives through influence rather than authority.
• Daily use of AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT for research synthesis, PRD and story drafting, prototyping, or data analysis.
• Ability to identify errors in AI outputs before they ship.
• Sound judgment regarding AI reliability, hallucination risk, bias, and data privacy.
• Experience helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Validate AI-generated insights and determine what is accurate and important.
• Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with AI, while validating scope and dependencies.
• Use AI tools to create interactive mockups and working demos.
• Test product ideas with stakeholders and users before engineering investment.
• Direct AI analysis of usage and product data, generate hypotheses, select experiments, and own success metrics.
• Engage customers and internal customer-facing teams.
• Provide product thought leadership and vision to sales, customer success, and business development.
• Equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction.
• Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and guardrails for Product.
• Hold the team accountable for accuracy, bias, and privacy when using sensitive behavioral health and absence data.
