Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience.
3+ years designing B2B SaaS experiences in a platform environment.
Portfolio showing high-complexity UI challenges (analytics dashboards, permissions, deep nesting).
Proven ability to ship work from ambiguous briefs with minimal oversight.
Hands-on use of AI in design, including Claude, to build interactive prototypes in code with the existing design system.
Experience contributing to design systems and strong Figma skills.
Understanding cognitive load and error-reducing interfaces in security-focused contexts.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).

Job description

Own end-to-end design of highly technical AI-enabled workflows, including third-party vendor risk assessments, automated security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring
Run usability tests and synthesize behavioral and product analytics using tools such as FullStory and Pendo
Design for role-based access control, multi-tenant environments, and complex data-filtering mechanisms
Work directly against the codebase and design system, using Claude to produce interactive prototypes
Use AI to synthesize research, visualize concepts, explore edge cases, and validate functional prototypes
Contribute to the design system for durable patterns, machine readability, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility
Lead collaborative prototyping workshops and improve the product design team's AI fluency
Partner with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous briefs into defensible solutions and challenge briefs with evidence

Requirements

7+ years of product design experience
At least 3+ years designing B2B SaaS experiences in a platform environment
Proven portfolio demonstrating strong handling of high-complexity UI challenges, including multi-dimensional data, analytics dashboarding, permissions management, or deep system nesting
Track record of turning ambiguous problems into shipped work without heavy oversight
Hands-on use of AI in design practice, including prompting AI tooling such as Claude to build interactive prototypes in code grounded in an existing codebase and design system
Demonstrated experience working with and contributing to design systems
Strong fluency with Figma and related AI-assisted design tooling
Understanding of cognitive load, decision-making frameworks, and interfaces that reduce user error in high-stakes security environments
Hands-on experience integrating usability testing, product analytics, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)
