Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a senior product leader to advance AI-enabled development and the Agentic PDLC across a global software portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation, you will partner with product, engineering, design and business leaders to drive customer value and faster innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or tech.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products or transforming product development workflows with AI.
• Ability to enter unfamiliar contexts, diagnose root causes, build trust and translate insight into action.
• Influence on product direction and operating models beyond a single team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect product decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn best practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide broader rollout.
