Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to transform how our products are built in the AI era. You will lead with expertise, coaching and influence, embedding with business-unit teams on lighthouse initiatives and scaling AI-enabled workflows across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation, you will shape the Product System and drive customer value, outcomes and speed of innovation globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or leadership within B2B software or tech.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product or portfolio.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to customer and business outcomes.
• Strong craft across discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps and measurement.
• Recent AI-enabled product development or transforming workflows with AI.
• Ability to diagnose contexts, build trust and translate insight into action.
• Influence on product direction beyond a single team without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities and link decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross‑functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and portfolio practices.
• Turn effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
